Service Description

Structural Integration (aka Rolfing) involves a mixture of hands-on fascial (connective tissue) therapy, assisted stretching, and movement education. Sessions involve a brief assessment of needs and takes a thorough approach towards addressing them through a deep form of soft tissue release.
